Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lodhahosaroad.in and playing our aviator crash game, you confirm you are 18 years or older, legally allowed to gamble in your jurisdiction, and agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the platform immediately.

Eligibility and Account Use

You must be an Indian resident with a valid Aadhaar and PAN to register. One account per person. Accounts created by bots, minors, or to bypass account limits will be permanently banned. You're responsible for all activity under your login—share your password at your own risk.

Player Obligations

Don't use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or to circumvent Indian law. Don't place bets while drunk or under the influence of drugs. Don't reverse deposits through your bank or dispute card charges to claim free bets (we'll sue and we'll win). Don't share accounts with family or friends.

Intellectual Property

Lodhahosaroad owns all code, game mechanics, logos, and content on the platform. You cannot reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute anything. Screenshare crashes for money-making schemes = account ban.

Game Rules and Payouts

Every crash is provably fair and audited by third parties. Multiplier climbs from 1.0x to a random crash point. If you cash out before the crash, you win your stake × multiplier. If the plane crashes before you cash out, you lose that bet. No refunds for missed cash-outs. Payouts are capped at ₹99,99,999 per flight.

Withdrawals and Refunds

Withdrawals process to your registered bank account via NEFT within 120 minutes. We don't offer refunds for gambling losses. Bets are final once the crash occurs. Deposits under ₹5 lakhs withdraw instantly. Larger amounts may need compliance review (24 hours).

Modification of Terms

We can change these terms anytime. Major changes are posted here and emailed to all registered players 7 days before they take effect. Continued play after changes means you accept them.
