Data We Collect

When you register, we collect your name, phone, email, Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details. We also track gameplay data (bet amounts, crash points, cash-out times) and technical data (IP address, device type, browser). None of this is sold to third parties.

How We Use Your Data

Lodhahosaroad uses your information to process registrations, verify identity, pay out winnings, detect fraud, and improve the game. We may email you about promotions, but you can opt out anytime. We never call unsolicited—legitimate Lodhahosaroad staff only contact you in response to support requests.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your login and track basic analytics (page views, crash times). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but the game won't work properly. We don't track you across other websites.

Who Gets Your Data

Your bank details go only to NEFT processing partners (ICICI, Axis, HDFC). Your Aadhaar is verified once by a government-approved KYC provider, then deleted from our system. Law enforcement gets data only with a court order. We never sell, rent, or share player lists.

Security Measures

All data travels over 256-bit SSL encryption. Passwords are hashed and salted. Deposits are held in a segregated bank account separate from operating funds. We run monthly penetration tests and maintain tier-2 cybersecurity insurance.

Your Rights

You can request a download of all your personal data, correct inaccurate information, or ask for deletion (your account will close). GDPR doesn't apply since we're India-based, but we honor deletion requests anyway. Email privacy@lodhahosaroad.in with your request and we'll respond within 15 days.

We'll post updates here and notify you via email if we materially change how we use your data. Continued use means you accept the changes.
